Mudders and Mudders, and the 22% pole.

Well quite a week.

First of all, I firmly believe persons with any ties to Rio Vista are just bummed by the news of Ted Machado and his family.  For those of you who don't know, google the River News Herald and/or Ted Machado, and you can read about Ted.  Trajic.  I didn't realize he had made so many acting roles by the way!  So its a little hard to be as funny and sarcastic as usual;  just is.  I have a daugter, and I would hope someday I too will be driving her to take the SAT. Uhck.  I just want to give all of RV nation a hug.  I will start you Flaherty, since after all, you and I are the orignal BFF's!

The Derby was a Mudder.  Sure was--and it was so bad, the graphics people didn't even know which horse was which!  That crazy mammal Orb ran a great race.  On to Baltimore and the Preakness. May 18, mark your calendars.

Those umps in Cleveland were just Mudders.  I mean, I kind-of-sort-of swore off to not using the Tuck word anymore, but man, the A's were Tucked in Cleveland.  How could 4 guys not see that was a HR.  That makes me think none of them has ever played, coached, or owned a bank, because they do not know  the feeling of being ROBBED!  Or jobbed, you pick.  That is an infinity ish.  I would love to hear Jon Gruden's take on this one!  The late, great, Bay Area Announcer must be fuming in the announcing heavens, and using those big words like preposterous and assanine.  Ish.

Throw in a Holy Toledo too--because the Warriors are a lot like Dos Esquis, in that they are very interesting and entertining.  Hey if anyone has an extra ticket for a game in Oaktown--no I am not proud, let me know, I am in!

So the A's...sitting at the 22.2% pole.  This point in the season is a bit of a plateau I believe.  They are 6 weeks in, after 6 weeks in Arizona give or take.  I believe that is THE definition of a Grinding.  Plus they are a little banged up, and I would contend a little hungover from last year's surprising ride.  The haven't pitched well, or played very good defense;  they also have not win any or many low scoring games.  I would contend--and no pun intended--they have not played very crisp ball.  My how things can change in a year's time!  Last year at this time, A's fans were just hoping for a .500 season.  Today, May 10th,  I  want it all!
Raise the Bar BoMel, Raise the bar.  We want to win that last game of the season--lets to Oakland!

Giants fans this all I've got for you:  does Gaudin pitch every game?  When it's chilly like last night in SF, I recommend the Bailey's and Coffee. Dodger fans, I've got even less, except I did pick up Psyco Grienke in my Fantasy League.  His health factor is the total X factor in the NL West.

Peace Everyone.

On Deck:  Mother's Day May 12th.  DO NOT MESS THIS UP MALES!

(PSST:  In the hole, May 27th baby, the Gigos come across the Bay baby!)
